This company has been blessed with an excellent team who give their all and more for the success and viability of this exciting business.

I administrate and manage this business, and am a modular home design consultant. This includes coordinating each job site to get the site developed and ready for the home to be crane set. All our homes are designed to meet the needs of the individual(s) that are purchasing a home, whether single family or family, handicapped, second home or retirees, whatever the case may be. We listen and facilitate a design that meets each individuals needs, dreams and budget. We offer turnkey services using the same subcontractors that we have used for years, that meet my expectations and have respect for the services that they provide. We also are general contractors for commercial projects using modular construction which is a proven cost effective way to build.

Roger, John and Mark work their magic managing and developing each site to the point of completion once the home is set, i.e. trimming out the homes, siding, coordinating all mechanical work to make sure all utilities are hooked up in a timely fashion, working with all local inspectors and taking care of service when needed. These three are the nuts and bolts of this company and I am thankful for them…..We are known for having an excellent team who strive constantly to provide the best craftsmanship in the industry.

Tara is in the process of completing her Interior Design degree at a local state college and is currently working part-time designing and selling homes, as well as, creating floor plans and assisting in decorating the homes that we have built.
